COMFORTABLE ‘DE-INKING’ WITH ADVANCED LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
Contact Us TodayAlthough permanence is the principle trait of any tattoo, as your aesthetic inclinations and personal circumstances evolve, you may realize that you are no longer satisfied with your body art. It is estimated that of the 45 million Americans who have at least one tattoo, nearly 50% come to regret their decision. Even skillfully applied ‘cover-up’ techniques do not provide effective coverage for all tattoos, and a cover-up is not a helpful option for patients seeking complete tattoo removal.
Older tattoo removal methods were far from perfect, and were not suitable for all skin types/tones. Previous laser tattoo removal technology was extremely painful, gave inconsistent results, and had a higher risk of permanent damage to the skin.
Fortunately, modern tattoo removal technology has advanced significantly, and now harnesses the power of next-generation laser systems to safely and comfortably ‘de-ink’ patients who are unhappy with their current body art. After seeking out contrasting pigmentation between the tattoo ink and your natural skin tone, these integrative laser technologies direct intense, pulsating heat energy at the skin to shatter the ink into tiny particles small enough for your lymphatic system to easily absorb.
To reap the full benefits of modern tattoo removal modalities, your treatments should be administered by experienced laser technicians with the requisite training and certification in tattoo removal, such as the skillful team at Creekside Medical Spa, conveniently located just outside Sacramento in Folsom, CA. In our care, you will receive a customized tattoo removal treatment plan featuring state-of-the-art laser technology from Cynosure to safely and efficiently remove your unwanted body ink. You can feel comfortable knowing that Creekside’s advanced, Q-Switched laser removal equipment is unlikely to produce any post-session skin irritation, and is safe for use on all ethnicities and skin types.
SAFE, COMFORTABLE TATTOO REMOVAL AT CREEKSIDE MEDICAL SPA
During your initial tattoo removal consultation, we will perform a confidential medical evaluation to screen for potential skin or immune system issues, and will then assess the density, placement, quality, age, size, and color of your tattoo in order to provide you with an accurate cost approximation, as well as our estimation as to the number of sessions you will need to achieve complete tattoo removal.
It is important to have realistic treatment expectations during your tattoo removal experience. The complete and permanent removal of your tattoo may involve 4-12 sessions, spaced at eight-week intervals. Even next-generation tattoo removal methods may not be 100% effective for every patient. In general, larger, older, multi-colored, and professionally applied tattoos require a greater number of removal sessions to obtain optimal results, and patients with darker skin tend to require more tattoo removal sessions than fair-skinned patients.
Ensuring your comfort throughout your tattoo removal experience is the primary focus of every Creekside Medical Spa staff member, and we may administer topical numbing creams, ice, and/or nitrous oxide prior to your session to help minimize any tenderness or discomfort.
